Summary
The two boys begin to chatter amongst themselves, a sound that grows fainter and fainter as Sylus walks down the hallway. He makes his way to the kitchen, pouting himself a glass of whiskey without any real second thought. With a heavy sigh, he makes his way int the nearby sitting room, easing onto one of the several couches there. One arm is slung over the back of the sofa, while the other swirls his whiskey for a moment before he takes a long sip.
And now, without any distracting factors and a glass of alcohol in his hand, Sylus can properly wonder what the fuck he's been thinking this entire time.
Trouble has found Sylus in the form of two little boys desperately needing a warm shower and some new clothes. Reluctantly, Sylus lets trouble in.

“I’m not anything like you.” He said, the strength of his voice leaving him, It was testament to just how unalike they were in that very step- everything his father did was without worry and with the confidence one could only gain by stomping down on everything that threatened to destroy it. Then there was Lotor, who measured his every step like the ground would swallow him whole.
A low chuckle associated with the gladiator pits rose from his father’s throat. “But you will be.”

Summary
The lions were down. The comm lines were down. Lance didn’t know what had even happened to Keith when he found him. He was so cold, and even after Lance warmed him he was still and silent. They were all alone in a wasteland, and Lance had a heavy mission on his shoulders taking care of them both. He couldn’t keep Keith alive by himself forever.
The wormhole opened up right when Lance had given in.
