Nakamura didn’t leave a long note. There were no written reproaches, no desperate "I love you" to serve as a consolation. He only left a small white envelope on his desk with Hirose’s name on it, written in that neat, trembling handwriting that was so characteristic of him.
Inside, there was only a crumpled movie ticket for a film they never got to see, and a single sentence:“I’m sorry for taking up so much space.”

Summary
This story is essentially a reworking of much of the content related to Jules from this past season. Her character has been butchered beyond belief and turned into this bizarre, dark approximation of what Jules originally was. I just hate Levinson for the way he's treated her, because she's lost all her spark.
The following uses the events in season three as a base text for the plot, but I deviate in some crucial components in ways that I consider more respectful to the nuances of her character.
I had to rewrite the story and see if I could improve it. Maybe I haven't, though. Judge for yourself.
