    So, how does one become the favorite civilian to the entire villain underground?

    Well, you do the right thing.

    When Fen stumbled across a severely hurt villain about to die in an attempted arrest by a hero she does something most wouldn't expect. She intervenes, grabs the villain, and bolts. After nurturing him back to health, she releases him and expects to never, ever see him again.

    But then he shows up with a friend, acting totally friendly. And word of this healer spreads. And now he (yes, he, thank you) is making sandwiches for vigilantes along with the homeless and occasional hero.

    Fen may or may not also be a Fae. But we ignore that.
