   It’s naive. Of course it does. Steve must think that going along with orders will cause the least pain, but Bucky can’t do that. He can’t be trapped, held down against his will. He doesn’t want needles or the chair, or another prison cell. He doesn’t want to be paraded around in shackles. He doesn’t want to pay for what he’s done. He just wants it all to stop.
