"Will didn’t understand what Mike wanted of him. It freaked him out. When he made his best effort to control his urges, Mike encouraged him, constantly offering his neck, begging Will to bite him and drink his blood. At first, Will shyly complied. He was a vampire and Mike’s blood tasted like heaven. Like Mike. Feeding from him was both a precious gift and a special moment that Will cherished. He loved having Mike cuddled up against his chest, gently drinking from his neck, his hand playing with his hair, stroking the skin of his cheeks and arms, taking extra care not to drink too much or bite too hard. This was soft, sweet and soothing. Drinking from Mike like this felt like the embodiment of love.
