Summary
The issue with inevitability was simple - avoidance of such was often a fruitless quest. Tally Craven had spent her entire life following the whims of another, always the perfect daughter. Perhaps, it was that very innate drive that led her so astray. Perhaps, it was in that urge to move against the grain that she found herself where she was. With a bridge burnt between herself and the general, she wanted to forget. Yet as the reel of Beltane pushed them together, time and time again - Tally found herself afraid. In a mad rush to get away from the inevitable, she finds herself in the arms of another. A rushed fumbled affair with life changing consequences. (Set in divergent version of season 2)
Will the two be able to mend the broken shells where their relationship stood? With an imminent new arrival on Tally's hands, how will she juggle love and plan a life for herself? Will the mistake that broke them be the thing that brings them together?
Complete with lots of pining, miscommunication and protective Sarah Alder who will literally end the world for the people she loves (if only she could admit it out loud)
