   Summary

   The Upside Down was cold and dark. The air smelled like rot and mold. The only living things around were monstrous animals that would attack at a moment’s notice. The plants were almost all poisonous. It was a mirrored version of the reality they knew, but after some terrible tragedy, with not a single survivor. It was truly uninhabitable.
