Chapter 3: Possible Afton Motive 1: Revival of Hot GF

Summary:

A Theory centering around the fact that Clover may be revived in the future.

Chapter Text

Summary:

This theory centers around the possibility that Willy Wonka could be collecting Memnant to resurrect Clover, his wife,  who he was revealed to have accidentally killed during the Prologue.

We think that this could also be centered around the 'plan' he has for Michael, as he could use his son to do the resurrection, as he has the curse (theoretically formed by Clover's Agony) and is directly related to her.

This could manifest in a sacrifice, a possession, or a blood/magic ritual/donation.

This could also be the thing that breaks the curse, because it was originally formed from The Murderous Easter Bunny killing Clover, and could be undone by reviving her.

More Details:

This could be a possible motive for Bunny B*tch because he most likely misses his wife, and seeing as how most of the Prologue is about how much he loved her, he probably wants her alive again. In Chapter 12, it is said that magic cannot be used to revive someone past a certain deadline (around one minute), but that was said by Jeremy, who might not know certain things, and not taking into account Memnant.

Michael's involvement will probably be in helping resurrect her, either through assisting his father or being sacrificed in some way. At first, I thought that it might be possession, though Friendbear pointed out that it would be kinda strange for The Furry Behind The Slaughter to want his dead wife to possess his son, so we went with a magic donation/something to do with the curse.

This could break the curse on Father Of The Year because it was originally created when he killed Clover, causing his magic to turn on him, so reviving Clover may make his magic neutral again.

If you have any additions or find any holes in this theory (that are not already there) PLEASE voice them in the comments. We would absolutely love to see people interacting with our silly little project :)
