•DIO- Not very loyal to Dio, as shown in the show, but he does respect his powerful abilities. Horse can only dream to have as much charm, power, and money as him.
•Vanilla Ice- Dio dick rider, and way too serious for his liking. But Horse is also very impressed by his stand.
•Terence D’Arby- Horse doesn’t actually have a lot of interactions with him, but from what little he has interacted (and from what he hears from Daniel) he thinks he’s weird.
•Daniel D’Arby- Likes to hang out with Daniel. Many of the agents are much younger or older than Horse, so it’s a breath of fresh air hang out with someone around the same age. They are also similar because they’re both charming men.
•Mariah- Really pretty, but doesn’t really like her personality. She’s fun to have a drink with and have a chat, but she can be very crazy and violent… pass.
•N’Doul- Good terms. They hang out sometimes, but wouldn’t call him a friend.
•Anubis- Didn’t know stands could live independently from their users until he met him. Thought it was interesting. Otherwise, neutral to him.
•Oingo- Likes to goof around with him. “One of the boys,” if you will. Although, doesn’t like how overprotective he is with Boingo. “Let the kid live! He’s gonna be afraid of every little thing as an adult if you keep him in his comfort zone.”
•Boingo- Feels bad for the kid. Not just his backstory, but he doesn’t really have the chance to have a normal childhood. At the same time, it’s not like he can do anything about it. Likes to co-parent him sometimes. “Let me teach you how to be a man, kid.”
•Alessi- Hol KNOWS Alessi hatesss him because he’s jealous. He can always tell when Alessi silently seethes at his mere presence. What does Hol think? It’s funny. He likes to subtly tease Alessi by casually talking about how much women he gets, his good looks, etc. He makes sure not to go too far, as Alessi is friends with Devo and Devo creeps out Horse.
•Devo- Thinks he’s a freak. But he can’t judge, because the entire Dio cult is a freak show. He has such a dark, powerful stand too. Mostly just stays away from him, and thankfully Devo doesn’t approach him either.
•Rubber Soul- Likes to hang out with him from time to time. Thinks he’s a weirdo but an enjoyable one. His antics never fail to make Horse go red from laughing so much.
•Steely Dan- Self absorbed and pretty annoying, but doesn’t hate him. Sometimes he can be fun.
•Mannish Boy- He scoffed at the idea that a baby was a part of the agents. “Really? A baby?! First a kid, now an entire infant?!” But then he realized that the Mannish Boy was no ordinary baby when he saw him smoking. And once he heard about his stand ability, he was utterly spooked. Mostly just stays away from the kid, in fear of upsetting him.
•J.Geil- really doesn’t like him. A freak worse than Devo, at least Devo does’t rape and kill girls. Can’t really pick a fight though, because it would be a bad idea to fight with a coworker. And what good would a fight do anyway? It wouldn’t stop him from being gross.
