The premise of this fanfic is centered around the game Love Nikki!
It’s a dress up game that consists of progressing through the story and battling other characters through themed dress up competitions.
In these battles you are judged by how well you stuck to the theme, and you can use additional skills like smile (boosts your base score), charming (increases your score for the next judgement aspect by a percent), gift (you steal the opponent’s socks), and sleeping (causes your opponent to fall asleep, earning them no extra points for the duration they’re asleep).
You can complete both daily tasks and achievements for rewards, and create clothing through wishing, crafting, buying them in the shop, from events, and through stages.
There are guilds you can join for additional rewards, the stylist arena where you can complete with other players, and the competition where players like the submitted outfits according to the theme of the tournament and the higher the likes the better rewards you can get.
The outfits in this game is absolutely gorgeous and the game is such a fun concept to play around with. Regarding why I chose my hero academia as a crossover is that it’s honestly one of the most flexible scenarios to put a crossover in
A magic portal spitting out someone from another world? Blame it on a quirk! Having a game system that forces you to do things? Blame it on a quirk! And it’s such a fun world to mess around with too, even though there are a bunch of other ones that could be equally as flexible. Also, BNHA authors are insane (In a good way ofc ^^), I aspire to be like them, cranking out hundred of pages per day all while writing 15 other books.
Also, rather than having the main character of Love Nikki be in the world of Bnha, you, the reader will have a game system that is essentially the game.
