   Summary

   New Mecca District 3, an impoverished area with most residents being Cromag War veterans and the poorer populous of New Mecca. It has been 7 years since the war ended, leading many to live life normally... except the NULL Soldiers who now get ridculed from the population calling them 'Cowardace.'

   Before the war ended however, one GAMMA NULL Soldier named SEVENTEEN kept an enemy child alive until the war was over... Now they get into goofy antics around New Mecca (with some deep, underlying enemies someone forgot).

   So frolic about with this story!
