Layers of sanguine silk hugged her slender frame, a cascade of water rippling with each step she took. Elegant and graceful.
If Roy had to choose, it wasn’t water he’d compare her to. It was wildfire. Uncontrolled. Unchained. A force that had created an upheaval in the landscape of Amestris. Ash and smoke trailed behind its velvet curtain, yet the searing flame didn’t seem satisfied with what it had wrought. The heat was still intense, merely contained, slithering under a veil of courtesy as the princess danced through Amestris' circle of socialites.
