When the child goes missing in 1984, Sarah dedicates the rest of her life trying to find them. Every lead, every clue. It consumed her. She knew how dangerous her child could be in the wrong hands.
She sees the doctor again just once, with a young, defiant girl so very different from what she was. She can’t tell him about the child then either.
Then, a year later, someone emerges on her doorstep.
