Neither John nor Charlie agreed or denied the statement laid bare in front of them. Both of them sat sheepishly in silence, only exchanging a fleeting glance with Charlie coughing out a puff of smoke.
"Fucks sake, what are you. Twelve?" Arthur rolled his eyes in exasperation. "We've all slept together on more than one occasion but this is where you draw the line? Don't be such a man about it."

Charlie thought it would be a good idea to bring Arthur and John along to a stakeout to keep him company. Pretty reckless if you ask me.
