“This is why no one liked you in high school,” Jonathan replied cooly, and Steve grinned cruelly.
“Nancy liked me in high school, or did you forget whose window you took her nudes through?”
“How can I forget when you broke my camera because of it and ripped up the only photographic evidence of the upsidedown?”
Steve rolled his eyes. Typical Jonathan changing the narrative.
“Maybe I wouldn’t’ve torn up the evidence if it didn’t also contain evidence of you being a peeping Tom. You’re lucky I could’ve taken you to court.”
