   Summary

   Woodbine Chance, Wyatt Callow, Maysilee Donner, and Louella McCoy are the “lucky winners” of the raffle to travel to the Capitol and represent their district in the Panem Annual Youth Academic and Athletic Games — celebrating its 50th year.
