My thoughts on the superboy discourse
To preface, I'm with @violet-is-the-new-pink on this one. Like not only is Kon-El's brain not fully developed bc he's technically only five and a half, assuming you're a normal civilian, I don't think Superboy can be your bf bc he's a meta AND a superhero. The power dynamic is fucked up. You know he has super-strength, right? What if he gets mad one day and just straight up tries to kill you w/ his super-strength and you can't do anything about it bc he's literally a meta AND a half-alien and you're just a normal civilian?? Alsooo he's literally Superboy, his dad is Superman??

i'm sorry but genuinely what does this have to do with anything? you're literally implying superboy becomes a bad guy when he gets mad which is not only character assasination, but could get you sued for slander and defamation. also superman never actually confirmed the rumors that he's superboy's dad

So that one post about the power dynamics of superboy and his civilian bf/gf relationship got me thinking. obviously.
