What if Gun Park had been promised to someone long before his rise to power?
This is a crossover AU between Lookism and The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting, the Yamazaki clan arranges a marriage between their heir, Gun, and Yaeka Sakuragi, the young daughter of Kazuhiko Sakuragi. The deal is political a temporary alliance to protect the newly formed Sakuragi family but for a brief moment in childhood, it becomes something more.
During their time together, Gun experiences something he never had in his own clan: softness, warmth, and the idea of love that doesn’t demand blood in return. At the Sakuragi estate, he learns how it feels to be treated like a child, not a weapon.
But when Gun’s family is destroyed in a violent coup, Yaeka and her bodyguard Kirishima vanish in the chaos, presumed dead. Only the Sakuragi family knows the truth Yaeka is alive and hidden away, living a quiet life under a new identity.
