Summary
Kagome has been travelling with Inuyasha and their group 500 years in the past for years now. She returns from the future a few days past when she was supposed to and expects to find an angry Inuyasha waiting for her. Instead she notices his aura a little ways into the trees near her and decides to investigate.
What she finds, leaves her with something to think about. She once again stumbles upon Inuyasha and Kikyou together and realizes that perhaps she doesn't love him the way that she thought she did. While lost in thought, she finds herself in trouble and is rescued by a very unlikely person. This encounter is just a catalyst for a few life changing events.
