   Summary

   Sodapop's world is turned on its head when a letter of military induction arrives in the mail, sending him thousands of miles away from everything he's ever known. Ponyboy is left to pick up the pieces, navigating life without the brother he's been inseparable with since birth. Despite being worlds apart, both Curtises fight to protect and return to each other, no matter what.
