Summary
It’s 2026, and the last thing Shane and Ilya want is to spend time together.
Shane, a fifth-year Ravenclaw, and Ilya, a fifth-year Slytherin, are both the Head Boys of their houses. They’re complete opposites, constantly arguing, and somehow always getting on each other’s nerves. So when Professor Snape pairs them up for a Potions project, it’s a disaster waiting to happen.
After a heated argument, the two end up with detention. Professor McGonagall orders them to clean an abandoned Potions classroom that has been left unused for decades, though no one explains why.
While clearing out the room, Shane and Ilya accidentally trigger something hidden within the classroom. In an instant, they lose consciousness and when they wake up, they find themselves in the very same room… except it is no longer abandoned.They have been transported back to the 1978, when their own parents are fifth-year Hogwarts students.
Professor Dumbledore eventually reveals the truth: in this era, the Potions classroom has not yet been cursed.
Now trapped in the past, Shane and Ilya must figure out how to return to their own time without changing history…
