    “You know, it's usually polite to say your name after someone introduces themselves.” Lloyd continues. He doesn’t sit down, but he does prop a hip against the bar-top. He crosses his arms, leans a little too closely into Courtland’s personal space to be accidental. Lloyd’s cologne smells nice.  Like cedar and orange bitters.  

    “I'm not usually that polite.” Courtland answers.

    Or, I started reading The Gray Man books, and book Lloyd reads like a bitter not-quite-ex who fucked around with Court a few times and totally isn't over him, and uh. I had to write something. For my own sanity.
