Thanks so much to Tippen for organising yet another successful Big Bang whilst creating stories and art too and to everyone who participated. Please take a look at all the amazing new stories on 2026 SPOP Big Bang on AO3.
After months of hard work and copious editing this extended ending to the SPOP final episode is ready to launch so I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as we have enjoyed creating it. I've done my best to make it as seamless as possible but any comments or feedback are welcomed. I'd love to hear what you all think.

Summary
Adora is desperate to return to land and reunite with Catra. The other mermaids don't understand her obsession. They believe all surface dwellers are evil, and Adora's existence is further proof to them of that fact: Shadow stole Adora as a baby to exploit her voice for profit, and was likely involved in the death of her mother. Adora keeps trying anyway, but the damage from growing up on land and her inner turmoil are preventing her from transforming.
Light Hope offers her a deal: she will turn Adora back into a human for three days. If she can convince Catra to forgive her sudden disappearance without revealing her true nature, then Adora's magic will be brought back into balance through true love's kiss. If not, Adora will have to return to the ocean forever.

Summary
When Bow sneaks out for a long overdue visit to his dads in the Whispering Woods, the last thing he's expecting is to get captured by She-Ra, the princess of Bright Moon and the robotic double of himself he left behind to take his place when he joined the Horde. The robot Bow hacked his programming, defied the life he was destined for and forged a new life as the rebellion's master archer and tech master.
The princess’s Bow is just a machine, but as the rebellion takes the flesh and blood Bow back to Bright Moon as their prisoner, he wonders if maybe the fake isn't better at being Bow than the real thing.
