Without exaggeration, the world has ended. Not just this world, but nearly every world in existence has succumbed to the tremendous force known as the "Super-Unified Incident." Gensokyo, in its' last-ditch effort, sends Flandre Scarlet to another world to try to find and eliminate the source of this super-incident.
As her journey has barely started, however, Flandre's encounters one of the great masterminds behind this calamity - none other than another version of herself! After a grueling battle, she escapes with her life... but without her abilities or her memories.
"You... where am I? Who are you, and what am I doing here?"
Alone in another world with nothing, she is left with a burning desire to get her memories back, willing to go through whatever bizarre adventure or journey it takes her.

After a tumultuous first day, these words were uttered by Eirin Yagokoro following her fight against the amnesiac Flandre Scarlet. Flandre, now having found a reliable yet shaky band of allies, have been significantly wounded as the forces of the masterminds behind the 'Super-Unified Incident' have fired back. Now having lost the trust of one of their only allies, they must recuperate and choose their following decisions carefully.
Just as the wounds inflicted by the masterminds run deep, so have their actions affected the lives of many, many of Gensokyo's inhabitants as well. Secrets and stories alike unravel and trace their genealogy back to where it all started - and an unlikely enemy now becomes intertwined with the dealings of Flandre and her allies in a united effort against the perpetrators who have hurt so many.

The third act of Flandre's Bizarre Adventure follows Flandre Scarlet as she and her friends must move forward by unlocking the secrets of Eirin Yagokoro, her grief and her bloodied history.

Flandre Scarlet, who had lost her memories after coming in from another world, has defeated one of the great Apostles of Sin responsible for the destruction of the multiverse with the help of her allies. After nearly two weeks of nonstop fighting and learning about the world around her, she has proclaimed the new heroes of Gensokyo as the Crusaders of Fantasy.
Just because one threat is gone, however, does not mean Gensokyo is safe. As the world enters into its next calamity, the Crusaders of Fantasy must uncover the secrets that lie beneath the surface and themselves.
