Manburg Paper Co. has managed to stay in the paper industry for years, despite being in a state of constant recession. Corporate's implemented regulations haven't proven quite as useful as they had hoped, and comical dilemmas don't struggle to find their way to the employees of this humble office. The hands of the clock creep in circles, counting down the work day until it is, at last, time to head home.

This entire AU will be based off of the American mockumentary sitcom The Office. These aren't one to one ratios of each and every character, episode, and role in the original show, but the concept is entirely similar and the general setting is identical.
More characters and fandoms will be introduced as more chapters are published. Chapters will be published similar to how oneshots are, one general idea per chapter, but there will still be an overarching storyline.
This work is not in any way angst or mature theme heavy. Aspects may appear or be mentioned briefly for the sake of comedy or loose plot, but it will not drive entireties of chapters.

Having to carry out a mission ordered by his superiors that he cannot refuse under any circumstances, Schlatt has to deal with death threats, kidnapping attempts, alliances with drug trafficking and several other crimes that he never wanted to commit or get involved in.
Apparently, an impostor with his face is causing chaos in the world, and with the real Jschlatt back, he must deal with the consequences of what this person did in his name.
In addition to all this, he needs to deal with his own feelings and the lack accumulated by time alone. It shouldn't affect him that much, but Jschlatt was never the luckiest man in the world.

Schlatt is sitting across the river, wringing out his jacket and looking absolutely soaked. Cooper turns to look at his unstable, and now that he's really looking at it, flipped bridge, and puts the pieces together.
“Did you fall in?” Cooper asks into the night air. It’s immediately disrupted by Schlatt shouting in surprise.
