Despite the flaws and grits underneath, they always present a shiny finish. Harmonized and unstoppable. It’s only within the private walls of their home when they allow themselves to be anything else.
This image, as Val has been told, is what gives them their power. It’s about the trust and fear they’ve built within Hell's ever changing community. It’s what allows them to be on top. There is no room for anything less than perfect.

Valentino has faced his punishment every day for almost fifty years. He expects to keep facing it until the day he dies by an exterminator’s blade. Instead, he meets mercy in the form of a demon with a television for a head of all things. Vox offers him a safe haven from hell’s constant hazards and a chance at rehabilitation.
Valentino just wants him.
If he has to put up with some princess, her bitchy girlfriend and a psychopathic deer for that, so be it. He’s definitely faced worse.
