It’s a singular truth that both Shin-ae and Yeon-Gi knew all too well. People are lines, and lines are lonely. Nothing is tangible forever. After six months in Prison— Nol knows this truth no more differently. If serving time, working through therapy, breaking up with Alyssa and cutting ties with his ‘parents’ have taught him anything, it's that, though it’s impossible to draw others' lines, you can still draw your own.
Shin-ae Yoo stands to be one of the few people he wants in his life after being released, and so when she invites him out to a fair he jumps at the idea to syncretate the emotional space between them. Because damn it, he wants her back.

Shin-ae and Nol, reconnect, reconcile and just maybe romance each other over an evening at a school fair after spending months apart. Shenanigans ensue.
