“Well, uh, Oliver saw Batman with Catwoman when he helped out in Gotham, and they seemed pretty close,” Barry offered tentatively.
Dick wasn’t even sure why they were talking about this. Why were these guys so concerned about Batman’s relationship? Somewhere in the back of his mind, Dick knew he was missing a piece of the conversation. But, to be fair, even if he had all the pieces Dick wasn’t too sure that analyzing a conversation about his parental figures’ relationship was something he particularly wanted to do.

Short and sweet 'league misunderstand Bruce and Dick's relationship' fic

Summary
"And they've behaved...appropriately?" Alfred's eyes narrow, and the sharpness of his voice is surprising enough it takes Bruce a few seconds to realize what he's said. "No undue comments?"
"Al," he says, a little desperately. His skin must be melting, Bruce thinks, from how hot his face feels. "My God, Al. Why would you say that?"
A gathering group of superheroes contact Gotham's (unknowingly teenaged) Batman to join them. Alfred, to Bruce's horror, has some words to say about the people trying to befriend one of his charges.
(The Justice League, for their part, want to know why this grown man behaves like an angsty teenager. It doesn't occur to any of them to connect the dots.)

Finally, the war is ended, and Zuko is healed. He makes the mistake of an attempt at humor when Katara informs him she can't do anything about the scar, and now he's finally explaining how he got the one on his face. Except, no one is reacting how he thinks they should to this story, and he doesn't know what to do with their outrage.
