Summary
When Alastor gets to his apartment he hurries to his bathroom mirror and strips his shirt off to toss it carelessly back on the floor. He examines himself in the mirror, turning his back and twisting his hips around. When Alastor looks down at his own skin, his soft cock and the tangle of his curls, his body is unblemished - unchanged by what he and Lucifer have just done. Some part of him finds that rather loathsome.
When he wakes up in the morning, how will he know that any of it was real?

It's a well established fact that Lucifer and Alastor do not get along, that should they be left unsupervised for too long one or both will end up bloodied and maimed. So what is Alastor supposed to think when the King keeps seeking him out, that he's not planning to get rid of him? Obviously he needs to prove his importance to the hotel and gain his trust before that can happen.

Unwilling to show any form of weakness, Alastor continues to push himself after the extermination nearly ends him, pain and desperation cutting his fuse shorter than ever. The only one stupid enough to approach him at those times is conveniently the only one he can't fight, but oblivious as the King is, he doesn't catch wise until the Radio Demon nearly crumbles at his feet.

“I suppose, since I’m already here, that I may as well look for something new to read,” Alastor offers, looking around at the various cards hanging off the shelves denoting sections of Mystery and Drama interspersed with the letters of the alphabet for organization. “This place is quite expansive, I’m sure I won’t have any trouble finding something that might suit me.”
“Something new?” Luci repeats with a hum, poking his head out from around the corner of the wall. His grin is broad and his eyes are narrowed in delight. “Or something novel?”
Alastor snorts before he can stop it, throwing a hand in front of his face and looking away as if he could take back the sound by obscuring his face. He hears Luci’s laugh, delighted at having gotten a reaction to such a lame pun. Alastor would have to tuck that one away for himself, already thinking of the groans of his coworkers once he gets a chance to repeat it.

Rosie took a deep breath and set her cup on its saucer. “How’s the tea, darling?” she asked, hands folded on her lap.
Alastor blinked once, then twice. “Why, it’s lovely, as per usual.”
Rosie smiled sweetly. “Good. Not too bitter?”
“Not at all.”
“And how’re the fingers, dear? They taste alright?”
“They’re simply delightful.”
“Is your chair nice and comfortable?”
“The comfiest.”
“You’re all relaxed?”
“I’ve never felt so at home.”
“Lucifer is in love with you.”
Alastor spat out the tea he’d been drinking, which was quickly followed by a round of coughing so harsh you would think he was actively dying.
