Summary
The final hours before Regulus' arrival at the cave are not spent preparing. Not spent researching curses, or charms, or inferi and how to ward them off, nor are they spent teaching himself how to swim. They're spent hunched over the desk of his dead father's study to pen one final letter to the only person over which he has any regrets. Basically just a letter to James, enjoy :)

Summary
How can you be ok with this?” Regulus bites out.
“It’s survival.” Rabastan grits. “I’m a thief, and I’m willing to do what it takes to survive.”
“Survival shouldn’t cost lives, Bas” Regulus responds softly.
“It does in our world.”
***
Born and raised on a remote island that houses a secretive academy for thieves, Regulus Black has spent his life serving a purpose he never questioned. But when he uncovers the truth behind the rain-shrouded isle off the southern coast of England, everything changes.
Driven by grief, guilt, and a thirst for vengeance, Regulus embarks on a crusade to avenge his brother and bring ruin to the Death Eaters. Alongside a small band of trusted allies, he sets out to dismantle the institution that shaped him into the very monster he now sees reflected in the mirror.
Pursued by both James Potter - backed by MI6 - and the Death Eaters he betrayed, Regulus becomes a fugitive caught between two worlds. Yet as his campaign leaves destruction in its wake, he begins to ponder the cost of survival, and whether it is tenable to pay in lives.

Summary
“If one wishes to weigh the value of lives against the lives off of whom they’ve taken, death, for me, would be merciful, I assume for you as well. If I am to die, a death of my own choosing, in the pursuit of a better world, a safer one for the people I love, would be my preference.”
Dumbledore gives him an appraising look, “Are you sure you’re in the right house?”

Or, James is ready to fight but not to kill, Regulus is ready to kill, but is he ready to fight? A courageous tale following James and Regulus as they leave the safe haven of Hogwarts to enter the horrors of the battlefield, fighting for opposite sides of the war whilst motivated by the same ideals. As the limits of morality are pushed, the lines between good and bad blurred, one begs the question, can murder be justified by dire circumstance?Follows James and Regulus from their 6th and 5th year of Hogwarts respectively, along Regulus' horcrux hunting journey, and into the wizarding war. Includes Jegulus, Wolfstar and Dorlene. Doesn't Include typical homophobia of the time period, More like the homophobia present today, is equal to that of the wizarding world in the 1970's.

Summary
“Oh Grace, just hold me in your arms and let this moment linger
They'll take me out at dawn and I will die
With all my love, I place this wedding ring upon your finger
There won't be time to share our love for we must say goodbye”
***
Dublin is loud on St. Patrick's Day. The pubs and pints are overflowing, and somewhere between the fiddle tunes and rebel songs, the city seems determined to keep its old magic alive.
Dragged out against his better judgement, Regulus Black expects nothing more than a long night of noise, bad decisions, and the particular chaos that descends when half of Ireland decides to celebrate at once.
Instead, he finds himself caught in something stranger.
A voice carrying across a crowded room. A pair of green eyes. A song that feels less like music and more like a spell.

Summary
“My saviour.” James smirks. To put it frankly, Regulus runs the place. He’s been in Azkaban for two years, almost as long as James, and in that time, he has managed to place himself at the forefront of any and all inmate run industries trading contraband through the stone walls with east side of London. He has influence over every guard, officer, inmate and staff member within the prison, and if anyone dares to go against him, they wind up in the infirmary, carved up beyond recognition. A lot of people attempt to contradict his self-appointed position, underestimating him naturally due to his slight frame. He gives them what he likes to call, a ‘warning written in blood’.
James would find it severely unnerving if he didn’t find it so attractive, but Regulus doesn’t have to know that.

Or, a short story following Regulus, James, Dorcas, Barty, Evan, Pandora and Remus as they endure the hardships of life in Azkaban for their various crimes, however, unbeknownst to them, friendships and romance can blossom in the most unlikely of places.Just something short I wrote because I needed to take a break from Army Dreamers but now I'm low-key considering making it a longer fic.

Summary
Regulus Black deserved a happy life, and so, he left.
Enchanted tattoos, unhinged magic, piercings and late night swims in the Black Lake...He should've known that with Pandora, Barty, Evan and Dorcas by his side, his Sixth year would be even more fucked than having an insane mother clawing at your neck. ( Literally )
Add in bloody house politics, fucked bloodlines, a melodramatic brother who Regulus would much rather avoid than face (lest he listens to Barty and stab the older boy) and his ever so charming yet obsessive best friend who Regulus would devour in one bite...
Yeah..... running away was only the beginning but at least he had his little group. And if all went to shite and one of them actually manages to set the world on fire, then it'll be them against everything, like it always was.
He was theirs and they were his. A covenant signed in the very magical blood running through their veins.

Summary
Well, it's hardly a problem, is it? He's accomplished everything he's put his head to. His mind can't be read, his mother believes it can, but she sees a reflection of what she'd like to find. He can use wandless magic for more things than most people, and he's only getting better. He became an animagus. He is brewing potions that grant him peace of mind, clarity, dreamless nights. He can lie and lie and lie, until there is not one person that knows the truth. He can find out Voldemort's secret. He can stop him. He is eerily similar to him, he thinks, and that is a thought equally frightening and pleasurable.
___
A string of events (mostly Regulus being moved up a year in Potions) leads to him & Lily going out together, eventually developing a somewhat-romantic somewhat-platonic deep connection. This brings over all the other events.
___
The work will be about 25-30 chapters. I'll try to update weekly or biweekly. The story starts in 1975 - Regulus's fourth year.

Summary
A long slow-burn fic from Regulus’ POV, beginning in 1972.
In this version of the story, Remus Lupin never goes to Hogwarts. His parents keep him home, afraid someone might discover their son is a werewolf. Instead he receives private magical tutoring and attends Muggle schools.
Sirius Black eventually meets Remus anyway. But Regulus Black saw him first.
This story explores how it might have changed Regulus’ fate if the two of them had found each other and he hadn’t been alone.
[I reject J. K. Rowling’s transphobic views. May she rage helplessly every time fandom makes her characters queer.]
