For the seven-hundredth time in his life, Reigen goes through his period. For the first time in his life, he had to worry about taking care of a kid. So now he has to juggle dealing with his period and caring for his disciple. He's working through some anxiety regarding Mob and his parents because he told Mob that he was on his period. Does Reigen get a happy ending? We'll see.
"He really hadn’t meant to make Mob worry today. He tried his best to control his emotions, his reactions to things, and his reaction to pain. But even his best wasn’t enough. Tears threatened to fall, but he wiped them away carelessly. He couldn’t cry right now, at least not in public. He briefly debated taking a detour to the bar to get drunk and forget his pain for a night, but he had work the next day. Having a hangover and having Mob worry about that was the last thing on his to-do list."

“I… I had some drinks… at—at the party.” Mob is still breathing heavily, his voice is still squeaky, but he’s getting words out.
“Alcohol?” Reigen asks. And of course the kid means alcohol, but Reigen can’t picture Mob getting drunk. It dawns on him that he might be talking to drunk Mob right now.
~ Mob loses control of his powers while at a college party, and naturally he calls Reigen.
