Summary
Now on to Dipper and Mabel's story in this arc, living in District 12, Dipper and Mabel are nervous at their first Reaping, when one of them is called out at the Reaping, the other volunteers to stay by their side. Dipper and Mabel are in for the most terrifying event of their lives, and with their Great Uncle Stan as their Mentor, they discover a family secret, and how survival of the fittest defies them, and starts a revolution among the Districts.

Summary
On Twitter, this user by @divine-draws suggested a Gravity Falls Hunger Games AU, so I thought I write it up.
The first arc in this AU starts with Stan and Ford, living in District 4, planning to escape Panem on a boat, the Stan'o'War, but the odds may not be in their favor once one of their names is called in to compete in the Hunger Games. With Bill Cipher as President of Panem, these games are deadly, and deceitful, testing the relationship between Stan and Ford.

Normally, Ford is used to having to deal with his nightmares alone and often having difficulties (or being unable) to fall back asleep. But when he wakes up screaming from a particularly cruel nightmare two nights after the end of Weirdmageddon, he unexpectedly receives emotional support from Mabel and a few very personal Mabel advices for coping with nightmares.
