Summary

The river had carried most of the blood away.
What it left behind was Peter Parker, half-submerged in the shallows beneath an abandoned road, one cheek pressed into the mud. His suit was soaked through, torn open at the wrists and ribs, river water pulling at his legs every time the current shifted. His jaw hung wrong. His nose was broken. Both wrists lay useless beneath him. One ankle was turned at an angle that made no sense. Four arrows rose from his back, dark against the torn remains of his suit.
They looked familiar.

During the events of the battle in Germany, Steve and Peter have an ever so slightly longer conversation, long enough that Peter ends up suspicious of what he's actually fighting for. Peter makes a decision, one that would change his fate, along with the rest of the avengers' as well. Who would've guessed that one extra sentence could change so much.
Safe to say everything goes wrong!

Another Peter Parker in Gotham fic except it’s ABO because I said so, and Peter knows what the DCU is.
Having just finished the fight against green goblin Peter is ready to have everyone forget him and to go on through life being the shadow New York will never remember was there. Except, Doctor Strange doesn’t quite agree with this. He instead sends Peter to an ABO DC Universe to have another chance at a somewhat normal childhood where he won’t be forced to see the people he once knew everyday.
Peter will have to learn how to rely on others while changes are happening to his body regularly—some are because he needs to regulate to the ABO world and other changes are due to his spider DNA being enhanced, he’ll have to learn to let people love him, and to stop blaming everything on the “Parker curse”.
Join Peter and the Batfamily as they navigate these new circumstances while becoming closer with each other at the same time.

Three years. Three years since the world forgot about Peter Parker. And three years of them continuing to forget about him. Over and over again. But Spider-Man is still around (sort of) and his villains will not let that go for some reason. After one big fight (yadda yadda yadda), a team up against him (yawn inducing), and him sort-of dying (Been there done that, be more original?) Peter wakes up in unfamiliar settings, in a city that didn’t exist last he checked.
Oh, he’s also nine with his spider powers having been factory reset. And he still can’t talk (thank you so much for that GG!). So what’s a nine year old with developing super powers who is unable to speak and the memories of a twenty year old superhero to do? Why find a rich asshole to pick pocket, of course! It’s not stealing! It’s forced charity. It’s good for the soul and this Timothy Drake-Wayne dude should be grateful for this act of kindness. Not fucking stalking him, god-damn it!
