The circus caravans sit quietly for now, wheels half-sunk into the dirt from travel, paint peeling from too many roads and too many promises. Canvas tents are still being raised farther in, stakes hammered into the ground with dull, rhythmic thuds. It’s early—before everything. Before names turn into legends. I stumbled across The Freak Circuit just today, and I’ve already spiraled into obsession. It’s still in development, but I can’t get over the concept, the aesthetic, and the potential of its characters. The moment I saw Harlequin, I knew, yeah, I’m gonna write for him. So here we are.
Also, I feel like Harlequin has an incredibly pleasant voice, smooth, rich, and captivating. He knows exactly how to use his words, often speaking in a flirtatious, lyrical manner that draws people in.
