I stumbled across The Freak Circuit just today, and I’ve already spiraled into obsession. It’s still in development, but I can’t get over the concept, the aesthetic, and the potential of its characters. The moment I saw Harlequin, I knew, yeah, I’m gonna write for him. So here we are.
Also, I feel like Harlequin has an incredibly pleasant voice, smooth, rich, and captivating. He knows exactly how to use his words, often speaking in a flirtatious, lyrical manner that draws people in. Pierrot is actually quite diligent when it comes to his tasks and chores at the circus. But there's this one that he's been trying to avoid. Welp, whoop de do, you now get to be included as Pierrot takes some remedial lessons.I decided that since this has a bit more of a narrative that it'd make more sense to just make it a new fic entirely.
