Turns out to be something quite silly, and once it’s resolved, Tav and Astarion enjoy a wine tasting together in his tent. After a little chatting and flirting, Tav decides to be bold and asks Astarion to teach her how to please him, sexually wink wink, which means Astarion must adjust to a different role from what he's used to where his enjoyment is the focus. And to his surprise, he does enjoy it, even if there are some strained moments.
