“You caused this, you know,” Aventurine raises the stakes to the ceiling, baits the player with a card he would not have shown if it weren’t for how desperate he was. He’s a lucky man; Ratio is steeled in his spot, unable to look away. “Won’t you take responsibility of me, doctor?”
Ratio swallows. "I did this to you?”
“Nobody else,” He sighs, beckoning him with a single motion. Ratio is right where he wants him—hook, line, and sinker. “Aren’t you special, inducing an omega’s heat without lifting a finger.”
Aventurine had never felt much like an omega, disconnected from the mere notion when there were other pressing matters at hand. It stuns him, of course, when the dormant animal finally begins to speak—in the middle of kissing one handsome doctor.
(Perhaps it's because he lacks the knowledge of what other factors can affect an omega’s heat, that he throws himself straight into one.)

Upon recieving a call from Topaz he decides to go check on him, hoping to find him busy with a meeting, complaining about his phone going missing or some elaborate inconvenience dressed up as a joke.
Instead, he finds a testament waiting on a spotless desk, instructions for a future without Aventurine and a single name written beneath every fortune: Dr. Veritas Ratio.

Lucifer's struggle with accepting Alastor is essentially unresolvable and results in self-destruction, culminating in a promise made ten thousand feet in the air during a moment of passion. i.e., they have sex in the sky.

Summary
It was like Lucifer had Pavlov Dog-ed him into getting any sort of hard and awake from hearing such a small sexual sound from him.
Lucifer was curled up on the other side of his ugly ass duck bed. His robe hung off his shoulder, showing off his white skin. Said robe, tastefully, brushed against his ombre legs. With how he was positioned, he could see the bite marks he had left on his skin earlier that very night.
Lucifer's body was curled around that cursed ugly deer plush that had somehow ended up in Lucifer bed at some point. His head was buried in the top of the ugly stuffed animal. His legs were wrapped around it, clinching it in-between his legs.
Alastor's ears twitched, as another soft pant escaped Lucifer's lip as he watches Lucifer press his lips against the plush, stimulating himself in his sleep. Alastor felt his mouth water as he looked over the other male, watching Lucifer pleasure himself with slow rolls of his hips.
The radio demon, finally, throws the blanket off of his body, feeling himself growing harder in his boxers. The things this man did to him.
