Paz Vizsla wins the Darksaber eventually, because the Darksaber wants him to. He leaves Din behind to unite the diaspora and regain their home. After eight years of conflict to reclaim Mandalore, an assassination attempt sends Paz underground again, no longer Mand'alor and no longer safe in the arms of his people. He takes the remainder of the Tribe that follows him and heads to a secretive covert full of exiled Mandalorians. He hopes that he can find a home and a place for his people to flourish. He also wants the one Mandalorian he wants to see to be there so he can fix their broken bond. The Tribe is in for quite a surprise.
