Bruce’s anonymity is of the utmost importance tonight.
Even more so than usual.
If he is discovered as either Batman or his public persona the mission will fail.
He takes a moment to scrutinize his appearance reflecting back in the full length mirror.
He’s wearing high heeled boots, dark leather pants, and a black turtle neck tank, which conceals the majority of his old wounds. However, the scar tissue that is exposed contorts around his forearms like swirling stripes. He opted to coat them in silvery-blue body paint to give off the allusion of intentional patterning.
Midnight blue face paint, speckled with the same glitter, mimics the shape of a domino mask. His metallic blue eyes are exposed, and his recordable contact lenses are practically invisible.
Overall, the outfit is passable.

Alfred holds out the tray with hands that tremble, ever so slightly. He’s too much of a professional to drop it, to spill the glass of water and the tiny mountain of pills in a paper cup, and yet. The tray wavers. The water slops dangerously close to the edge. The pills roll around in the cup, dislodged from their neat stack.
