Summary
Legolas and the Arkenstone change the odds at the Battle of Five Armies when they become as One.
Saving the lives of Thorin, Fili, and Kili, Legolas earns the respect and love of the Dwarves of Erebor, having briefly seen the whole of time itself, but unable to remember all of what he saw Legolas travels north after the battle and unites with Aragorn as his instincts urge him to.
He knows that they have only won a single battle, and that worse is yet to come, he also knows that know he is bound to the Arkenstone and its infinite power he has a price on his head and his fate is entwined with the great war yet to come.
