Day 2: Holding Back Tears
Jason settles back on the cot, sitting cross-legged and facing one of the long sides so they can both have enough room to do whatever it is you need to do. He focuses on a breathing pattern as they tread closer and tentatively resume what they were doing prior to his little freak out, dutifully ignoring the way his skin prickles uncomfortably and his whole body tenses just at their proximity. He definitely ignores how each touch– half a moment of contact, barely even a brush against his skin– nearly causes him to flinch away and makes his eyes sting as he forces himself to remain relatively still.
Fuck. Seriously, he’s been through far worse, why the hell does he feel like sobbing?

His initial plans to turn her into his weapon of revenge slowly become more complicated, as her powers clearly are unlike any he has seen before. The more Maul learns about this woman, the more he realizes that he understands her pain--and she his. It becomes harder to stay convinced that she is merely another tool for him to use, when she is the only one who makes him feel less alone.
Note: My first published fanfic! This overcame me while watching Maul: Shadow Lord, but I have been horny for him LONG before this, so enjoy! It is a slow burn, but I have 20 chapters written already so you won't have to wait to get to the sex. Also I've only watched Star Wars so if I get any lingo/slang wrong forgive me lol.
No AI was used in any part of writing this, I wrote every single word myself while ignoring my thesis, but it was worth it.
