Summary
Newly ten years old, Jia Baoyu already knows that there’s very little he can do to change the world around him. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t wish things were different though. So when a venture with his Grandmother takes him into the fallen La Manchaland, Jia Baoyu decides to try and help someone, one last time.
Don Quixote of La Manchaland has spent the last two hundred years dwelling on all his failures, and has come to the only logical conclusion: That his nature as a bloodfiend prevents any manner of change, and that his dream had been nothing but a fantasy. With his family dead, he has resigned himself to the same fate; only to end up living with a small human child who still has a dream of his own.
Maybe they can both learn something from each other.

Lei Heng didn't know why he was here.
The last thing that he remembered was having his head smashed by Tiangang Star after his attempt to kill the hierarch. Instead, he found himself in a new land where monsters of shadow roam, a power call aura is known, and bullets are practically growing on trees. What's a former Capo to do when he's surrounded by the unfamiliar.
Simple, whatever he wants.
Now without the leash of the different Fingers on him, Lei Heng takes the opportunity to go as wild as he wants. There's a whole world of challenge in front of him, and he's going to dive headfirst into it and start slashing. Figuring out the how's and why's he ended up here don't really matter, if someone wanted him to accomplish some grand goal they should have left him some instructions. Since they didn't Lei Heng's only got one plan to follow.
Get into as many fights as he can.

Summary
“With the stroke of a pen, the Central Intelligence Agency’s Committee for National Security of the Union finds itself established. Among them are several individuals who will find themselves the defenders of the United States of America. Six months had passed since the Library had been cast out by the Head—despite what it may seem, a feeling of mundanity has finally settled, with the Librarians knowing that they may rest, their duties fulfilled. Yet, this peace is not to last. Carmen’s hand meddles with experiments from beyond, the Library caught within them.
Meanwhile, on June 4th, 1980, George Herbert Walker Bush abandons his party, having seen it tarnished by anti-American forces that subverted the GOP. Something was coming, yet Reagan and Connally had sought not to fight it. Embittered, he sought to do everything in his power to destroy those who hated America.
A chance meeting brings these two forces together on one fateful June 5th...
