It’s… not like he wasn’t used to Alastor by now, in general. They had been around each other constantly since Mimzy’s club, dodging reporters from those Vees together, stamping out some reactionaries that came to attack after word got out and Alastor’s interview of him was broadcasted, fielding questions and concerns from Charlie… The shared spaces of the hotel were their shared spaces, and where they used to prod each other or avoid each other like the plague, they now hovered. Lingered a little longer before the inevitable bickering set back in. Righted the world into what it should be.
But it was never this.

Katsuki was the friend you had to handle with oven mitts, a hazard that required constant vigilance. And frankly, they were all probably tired of getting burned. They all probably wanted to hold things with their bare hands now.

The bad news was, for some reason, the longer Kim Dokja interacted with them, the more murderous Yu Junghyeok became.

Or, the kind and polite Mr. Fool decided to visit a neighbor's dream, Yu Junghyeok is having a relationship crisis, and Kim Dokja is being his usual oblivious blockhead self. Uriel and Madam Magician are very pleased with this development.
