Summary
"Is that the last civilian?" Batman asked as he saw Nightwing and the girl exit the building.
"Should be," Nightwing answered with a smile, placing his hands on his hips and watching the little girl run into her mother's open arms. It was things like this, helping people, saving lives, being the reason that people felt safe and protected, that made being a vigilante worth it.
He turned around when he heard the building start to collapse, the flames spreading to the outside with a hot whoosh of air. He felt a rush of relief about having gotten the last person out of the small apartment building before it fell. There were, thankfully, no villians involved this time, just a collage student trying to make dinner and being the worst chef this building had ever seen.
"Well, I think we're about ready to get out of here, then. Where's Red Robin?" He asked, looking around the scene before him. He couldn't see Red Robin anywhere.
"I think he's still in the building."

Summary
Why is it always Tim that disappears? If it was any of the rest of them, it would be a lot less concerning. It’s not like Tim can’t hold his own in a fight — he’s a Bat, after all — but the kid has a tendency to form the craziest plans out of all of them, which often ends up putting him in the craziest situations. When Tim goes missing, it usually means he’s in some deep shit, and Tim in deep shit means Jason scrambling every time. Without fail. This fucking kid.
Tim is missing and his brothers track him down and bring him home. Also everybody loves each other and isn't so incredibly emotionally constipated because I just want them to be happy and because I'm the author and I said so.

When ten year old Tim Drake is paired with the freshly adopted, thirteen year old Jason Todd for a school project, he is ecstatic. He just hopes he can keep his inner fanboy under control. At the same time, his parents’ trips are increasing in length, and Tim is handling it like a champ! Who needs parental supervision? Not him! Although, a little company might be nice…
Meanwhile, Jason is still half convinced that his adoption is an elaborate human trafficking scheme, but this Robin gig is pretty cool. And his new school may be full of rich jerks, but the neighbor kid isn’t too bad. Having an adult trying to take care of him is a bit of an adjustment, but one he might just be able to get used to.
