Focus is mostly platonic and team-dynamics because I really really want more screen time with the other members of Z-Team... but I am also an action and angst writer, so buckle up. Not ACTUALLY writing a non-romantic Robert so much as Robert who is too fucking exhausted to do anything about, like, dating in Season 1? Something like that. If Haku tattled to Shiba and Futaro about what he's been doing, he isn't going to have a second of peace until his shift ends.
There's a splattering of light freckles over the bridge of her nose, and Iishiro wonders why he had to go and notice that, fixate on that.
Reimi raises her eyebrows at him. His silence probably weirds her out, he thinks and tugs self-consciously on his collar, nearly snatching the wire of his mic loose. Iishiro prides himself on how neutral his voice sounds when he says, "Just doing my job, Akane-san. Looking after the people at this airport."

A collection of one-shots inspired by random scientific tidbits from my own knowledge/readings:
1. The average lifespan of Red Blood Cells is 120 days. The average lifespan of neutrophils is 6 to 72 hours.
2. White Blood Cells die either in battle with pathogens, or by apoptosis when a certain degree of cell stress is accumulated. Red Blood Cells have the ability to inhibit apoptosis of human neutrophils.
3. U1146 puts his transmigration abilities to good use. (NO SCIENCE. JUST FLUFF.)
