It was evident that Pantalone had a special way of treating Dottore. A noticeably caring one. He spoiled 8, allowed 25 to do as many examinations of his body as he pleased, listened to 35’s plans and melodies, went on walks with 45 after morning meetings, pondered in silence next to 65 during moonless nights, and put out his cigarette whenever 85 was around.
As for 18…
“I thought you were quite content with the knowledge I offered you, merely two steps away from your door so that you wouldn’t have to go back to the akademiya. Should I take it down instead?”
Witty remarks, sarcasm, mockery, threats.
(Or... 18 pathetically falling in love with Pantalone. Including the denial of said love and jealousy towards the other segments, who kept laughing at him.)

In the dark, creepy night nod krai offered, many found refuge in the comfort of their homes. As a lightkeeper, Illuga could rarely allow himself such luxury. To ensure civilian's safety, somebody had to make sure the threat outside the city stayed, well, outside the city. Corrupted abyssal monsters, mechanical entities, outraged animals… Illuga was familiar with them all, yet today, he didn't encounter any of it.
It was weird. Strange. Something was off.
Surrounded by corpses of the Wild Hunt and a few broken machines built by the fatui that had been lured in by the ruckus stood a man. A knight of favonius, to be precise.

I quickly lost interest in the grandmaster after he was unable to keep up with my thirst for combat. You, on the other hand…” His fingers travelled from Illuga's face down to his neck until he got a hold of the strap hanging from his chest to pull him forward, faces inches away from one another. “You look like you could fill me up nonstop.”
