Summary
May "Mayday" Parker moves from the UK to New York with her parents, Peter and Mary Jane, for Peter’s new job at TCRI and Mary’s acting career. Struggling to adjust to a new school and city, May befriends April, quickly forming a close bond. One night, May, April, and April’s father are kidnapped by robots controlled by an alien race called the Kraang. They’re rescued by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles—Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo—who pull May and April into their secret war against the Kraang and other enemies.
May grows close to Leo, the turtles' leader, as they work together on missions, especially after discovering her father’s job may be tied to the Kraang’s plans. During a mission to TCRI, May is bitten by a genetically altered spider, giving her spider-like powers. With Leo’s help, she learns to control them and becomes a new vigilante, Spiderwoman.
As the Kraang and the Shredder target her father’s research for their invasion, May must protect her family while helping the turtles fight back. With rising danger, hidden feelings, and constant battles, May’s journey transforms her from a lost new girl into a powerful hero with purpose.

Leo has his own ways. They may not be "healthy" per se, but they keep him grounded enough to put a smile on his face and pretend that he has his shit together. He doesn't, though. Not on the inside. His mind is a dumpster fire, begging to be extinguished. But he can't share, or he risks burning the ones he loves in the process. Leo would sooner die by the blade of his own sword than risk the safety of his family.

“Colton, took you long enough to pick up your phone you fuck-” The voice through the line is hushed.
“Don’t… call me that. Who exactly is this?” Colt asks with a nervous chuckle. He suspects this to be a prank call, already considering hanging up.
