The level of his haki increased, Sabo making a half-aborted step to move to the swaying Revolutionary. "Especially trying to give orders to an Emperor."
Vegapunk's last devil fruit was never supposed to be used in the war. When its powers catch the twins in the blast radius, Shanks claims his brother before the dust even settled. The bond is the easy part. Keeping a Holy Knight alive in a world that wants him dead - that's where it gets complicated. Especially since the devil fruit effects seem to be asking for something more.

For half a second Law looks at it all very blankly and thinks, What The Hell. Is he dreaming. Is he hallucinating. Is he just plain dead. His sight-line completes the rotation of this impossibility to fall upon speckled jeans and a long sweeping coat. And the man standing in front of Law has the blankest expression Law's ever seen. And the man standing in front of Law has Law's father's face.

Predator AU! The Kid pirates are the Yautja because why not. Dubcon but everyone's getting pollened, Kid isn't happy about it either. I saw some promo stuff for Badlands and was inspired. Why should Wire be the only one in fishnets??
