The real tragedy is that his mind didn't follow with; now he's stuck like this and can't leave OR protect Cang Qiong - and he can't even carry his sword properly.Things (in his opinion) rapidly deteriorate from there.

Summary
It was common for him to monitor Yue Qingyuan for familiarities of old. For something that was purely Yue Qi, and not Cang Qiong Sect Leader/Head Disciple of Qiong Ding Peak/The Xuan Su Sword. In fact, Shen Jiu sat in the cave of Shen Qingqiu's heart, sharpening shivs made of bamboo, waiting to carve Yue Qi out of Yue Qingyuan's soft parts whenever the opportunity arose. It just hadn't quite. Not yet.
Not until this moment.
Qing Jing Peak Lord Shen Qingqiu discovers something interesting about his Sect Leader and his relationship with the Bai Zhan War God. He won't rest until he discovers what it means.

Summary
Liu Qianggui is a normal personal assistant for a legal department. She has normal hopes and dreams, and doesn't have missions assigned to her by a thing called a System, that urges her to protect two very specific men - her boss, and another, whom no one else in her life seems to know exists.
She doesn't need rescuing. She's doing fine on her own.
… These other people trying to get to know her are very familiar though.
[Or: In a world where transmigration has already happened at least once, Liu Qingge navigates his - her - new life with a stunning track record of mission completion and side mission unlocks in the least dangerous world (her opinion) she's ever lived. Despite this, his long suffering System just wants her to get out and get romanced already. Unfortunately, Liu Qingge doesn't read fiction and doesn't know what genre she's in. Funnily enough, perhaps the System he's paired with isn't sure about that either.]

"Do you need meals prepared?" Luo Jiangxue asked, sounding somewhat eager despite the cool professionalism he was radiating out of every pore. Dark eyes nearly sparkled in his direction.
"No," er-ge's cold voice cracked through their conversation like an ice breaker in the North Atlantic.
"Ahem," Shen Yuan's face was a little rictus in its grin, deliberately not looking over at his brother. "We had not budgeted for that, and I have a pretty strict diet for the moment --"
"For the rest of your life," er-ge chimed in again, like a funerary gong.
Shen Yuan, after suffering hospitalization and concurrent surgery, is strong-armed by his family into getting a live-in nurse while he recovers. Luo Jiangxue has excellent credentials, is kind, if a bit young, and seems perfectly qualified. Shen Yuan has no idea why his older brother hates the guy on sight, but can they at least have their weird tension-filled staring contests in their off-hours?? Shen Yuan just wants to recuperate, and fast, so he doesn't have to suffer through the mortifying ordeal of being nursed.
It's not like anything else is going on.

There was an alert in his HUD, which he ignored.
"You better get a move on," Rex's voice murmured in his ear.
"I'm not done," he returned the air for words short in his lungs, and ducked, kicking backward into someone's chin. Another brief warmth as kinetic energy hummed above his skin.
"You're done when I say you're done, remember?" Rex responded, matter-of-fact. "You got what we could get. Now hustle, or Fox gets to arrest you."
His eyes darted up. There was enough space - the ceiling was high enough to scale and punch out a window.
"Don't tempt me," he muttered."The smug alone will kill you," Rex countered.

In order to save his people, his brothers, and himself, Cody dons an unusual role in the struggle for freedom, and accidentally uncovers a vast conspiracy, a penchant for unhinged acrobatics, and the double-edged sword of being an arachnid-themed vigilante. Definitely not in that order. -

"Who is this?" Rex asked before further inquiry died on this tongue.
A headshot of the man in question showed up when he scrolled. Long, greying hair, partially tied back. A surprisingly calm expression, crow’s feet and a beard."Qui-Gon Jinn." [...]
That was a familiar face. He knew that face.

She was not making eye contact with anyone right now because baby Rex was locked onto her, and her alone. There might as well have been no one else in the room. If he wasn't getting her attention, he would get to her, one way or another, and make her pay attention. Unsurprisingly, he had been accepting of Kix and every other brother (though Fives had to be restrained from boldly yoinking the baby out of Ahsoka's arms).
Unfortunately, Skyguy daring to invade his space had made him start screaming and kicking and thus her master had been relegated to the farthest corners.
He was very put-out about it.

Bright blue smoke poured out of the spout, leaking through the top that still somehow remained shut. Yuri, awash in what he recognized as fear as much as panic, covered his mouth and nose with his sleeve. Amazingly, the stuff seemed to move of its own accord, pooling into one area like the kind of fog generated by dry ice and water. It didn’t creep over every available surface, and Yuri didn’t want to displace anything into his lungs, so he merely watched – bravely behind his sofa – as it continued to gather.
After what seemed like ages, the mountainous cloud dissipated, poofing into the ether abruptly. It left behind a disheveled looking young man, who seemed as surprised by this turn of events as Yuri was.
The two of them stared at each other, tension building like an acrid aftertaste.
Yuri broke first.
