So he does what any sane crimelord would do in that situation, he offers her a job.

Mobius must have seen the look in his eyes, because his words took on a warning tone, undershot with a faint exasperation. "This is a bad idea," He had to say it, but the Asgardian paid it little heed. Mobius had always been his better half, a voice of reason, but that didn't mean he always listened.
"I know," Mischief danced in his eyes as he stood up from his chair. The variant was trouble, and it was about time that the monotonous days of too much paperwork and minimal field work got a little shaken up. "Isn't it marvelous?"
